People often ask me whether Pilates would be suitable for them.

The answer would be that it is suitable for everyone. We run both beginner and intermediate Pilates classes in


The majority of people who attend have come through our physiotherapy clinic with a variety of

complaints such as back pain, sciatica, neck pain, shoulder pain, hypermobility, post natal weakness and stiffness.
