Exercises

On this page, our Physiotherapists at Pure have worked collaboratively to compile an exercise rehabilitation plan which we recommend performing at home to help with your recovery and prevent any falls in the future.

 

This programme is designed to improve function and increase strength using exercises which work the whole body and challenge your balance. A lot of the movements carried out through these exercises recreate typical movements/actions performed daily and by practicing them more, we can build resilience and stability. All of the exercises are easy to perform however please ensure the space around you is clear and safe.

Please Note

Although these exercises are recommended by us, we advise that you liaise with your Physiotherapist before attempting any exercises you have not been recommended.

 

If you experience any pain whilst performing any prescribed exercises, we recommended that you stop and contact your Physiotherapist.
